Relax Body and Mind

Imagery and Oracle work are best done in a relaxed state of body and mind. When we are relaxed, we can tune in to our subtle senses with an open mind. ↨ We are more likely to be open to healing and transformation, more connected to our heart space and loving frequencies, and able to receive the wisdom we need.
Below are a few ideas to help you rest your brain and get into a mental space more amenable to this work.
♫♪ Listen to some meditative music.
∞ Breathe deeply through your nose into your abdomen, watching your belly rise like a balloon. Do this 3 to 4 times.
♥ Do a progressive body relaxation, briefly noticing any tension in each part of your body, from head to toe or toe to head, releasing it as you go. Robert Bruce does what he calls Body Awareness Tactile Imaging. If that sound's delicious, check out his book Energy Work.
